Heather,

I'd ask them if they've written articles...how knowledgeable are they about franchising? Did they come from the franchise industry? Ask them what makes them special. Stuff like that should help.

Hi Joel,

Interesting look into the franchise broker world. Since you'll only be working with one franchise broker, how do you pick the right one for you/ I hear what you're saying about asking for success stories and getting references. But, at the end of the day, what one piece of advice would you give for narrowing down your choice?
