Yet another great share here. Good to know more about Daniella Rand of the Rand Group. It is indeed a great thing to be in the midst of other gender groups and be a success. Her sheer hard work and worktime 12 hours a day and even other traveling time too utilize to improve business success is a good thing to emulate by the new-gen professionals.
Her advice to the younger generation is worth notable and am happy to write it here again! "Work harder than the next person, follow your passion, and always be ethical. Do all this and no one can ever tear you down."
This is indeed a great secret to any newbies in the field to follow.
Thanks, Ivan for bringing Daniella on your space.
Keep sharing,
Best.
