I think qualifying lead flow is critically important here. This is especially true if your service or product is something unusual customers have little or no experience with. I think many entrepreneurs are concerned about reducing their product or service to a price only discussion. But I don't think you need to start with price or make that the whole topic of conversation. Simply state the value of your product or service first and then tell customers or clients what they will need to pay to get that value.
