When this was originally posted I got an error message from my IP. I'm glad I went back today - the video of Vincent Ferrari trying to cancel his AOL account is so horrible it's actually pretty funny! The exact opposite of a concerned customer service rep listening. There were 3 or 4 articles around then that I couldn't open, but I read them today.
