The State of Georgia has just a bill which includes what has become known as an "Amazon tax" (or legislation that allows the state to tax out-of-state online retailers who use in-state-based affiliates to market their products/services).
Some believe this to be a "good news" for the state. But is it really?
Thousands of small businesses (that affiliates operate) are about to be hit by this legislation... and hit hard.
