Search engine optimization is an online marketing strategy that, when implemented properly, will improve a website and brand presence in the search engines and online in general. Nowhere in the definition of SEO does it say that it’s an online marketing strategy that will get you to a number one search engine result page ranking. It doesn’t even say that it will get you to the first page. So how come so many people think that that’s what it’s all about?
