Totally agree with you Chris and I can't understand why some set up a Facebook page and not have a website. To me it shows a lack of understanding about business which is probably a little harsh but I have found this to be true from speaking to a number of small business owners.

Susan - Thanks for the comment, there's definitely a misconception among some people that Facebook is "what's next" and websites are passe... when it sounds like you agree that they still have many years to go.
