I have been struggling with creating a trusted workflow system since 2004, when I started to read David Allen's book, Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity.

The stress-free part is to remove all the stuff you have in your "RAM" and put it in trusted places and then review the next actions on a regular basis.
I have heard the saying, "little stress is good for you, too much will kill you."
