Thanks for sharing your story Yoni and to Martin for the idea. The good thing about this exercise is that it actually gives us a chance to review our progress which does not alswyas happen. Looking for to next year's story and seeing your progress. Susan"
Hi Martin, Liked your post a lot Martin. I went to one meeting like BNI and I found there was an expectation that you should refer other members. This is okay if they are good but not if their services or products are unfortunately not of high quality or suitable for referrals. How to you get around this with your group. Susan"
Thanks Yoni. It is like most things the context can be really important. The store should be advertising to us in Sydney as we are moving into winter soon although today was a nice 24 degrees celsius which is about 73 degrees fahrenheit. It would be interesting to know why they were promoting the jacket and if they had sold any."
Unfortunately this happens Yoni. Check out http://www.tynt.com It adds a link to pasted copy. It can be disabled but it might help you. There are a couple of other sites that I can't remember at the moment but will find out for you. What I have found is that a certain company uploades the image of the packaging of one of my products and I am just waiting to see what they do with it. Susan "
Yoni, Another great story and lessons for us all. What I think businesses large and small are perhaps not realising is that custmers are becoming more vocal and taking action, just as you and your wife did. On the other side we as customers need to realise that it goes both ways and no business or person is perfect and we all makes mistakes. I do not know the answer so any tips are welcomed."
