You are so right Yoni. A picture or a video can make an okay post into a a much more enjoyable one for the reader. They add to the experience. Also the colours you use on the blog should be part of your brand identity otherwise it can confuse readers and customers. Susan"
Hi Bill, A question for you. Why does it appear that everyone has to be an expert to succeed today? The reason for the question is that not all customers want or need an expert and also how does the customer decide who is more of an expert? I would be interested in your and others thoughts. Susan"
Hi Bill, Your use of the word in the headline was for a purpose and you knew it would resonate with them which it did. I liked the article btw. What I guess I am saying is that people are assuming that every customer of every type of small business is looking for an expert which I do not think is the case. Want expertise yes, an expert I have not seen any evidence this is always the case. I brought it up because for small business owners who do not have the highest level of expertise, may be setting themselves up for disappointment by calling themselvs experts or trying to be when this may not key in the buying decision making process. I love delegation Barney as it long as it is not abdication of responsibilities. Even if you are a solo business, I think you can look at what you can do to streamline. Just take one area at a time and see where you can perhaps use technology. It will not work all the time but you never know unless you investigate. Hope your product is selling well. Susan "
Hi Yoni, Great examples and I never would have thought of the perfume, although I do like it. I have my desk near a window and it makes all the difference having natural light. As an alternative to the hiking as I leave just near a beach, it is amazing what ideas you can come up with and it is very peaceful which is handy when you get a little stressed. Susan"
Thanks Yoni. It takes a bit more work but at least you know your message is the one they want to hear. One other thing is to check in with your customers every now and then to make sure the message is still relevant as cutomers thoughts, feelings and behaviour can change over time."
