El Monterey Adds 8,000 New Fans, Drives Engagement with Facebook Promo
"It would be interesting to know how many new fans and those that used that coupons for example actually became repeat customers. This technique has been used by consumer product companies for years(although in different formats) to get a short term sales lift. However the real objective was usually to get new customers to become regular customers or to keep current customers buying."The Entrepreneur's Magic Bullet
"Hi Dove, Enjoyed the article and you are right there are steps to follow. I would add one more or at least something to think about is what find out what your potential and current customers needs, desires, challenges which Sarah Mitchell (globalcopywrite) wrote about in a recent post are. If you do not do this then you are what I call thinking from the inside out instead of the outside in. "What Do You Want Your Customers To Do?
"Hi Yoni, You are very kind. I am still learning about writing and learning from you guys who do it so well as in the past I have only written business reports etc usually in bullet points. Great example you gave of ice cream parlors and it reminds me my favourite deli always has samples for us to try as we wait. Usually most of the us buy what we sampled as an extra purchase and the deli makes more sales. It could be just make it simple to get customers to take action. I appreciate you and Sara commenting and participating as that is where we can all learn from each other. It is often someone's comment that can spark ideas that we had not thought of that helps our business. Regards, Susan"Who Ya' Gonna Call? Ghostbusters! Well Actually, Ghost-Bloggers! The Power of a Surrogate Writer…
"Hi Yoni, Blogs are great to get new customers and I would add to stay connected with current customers. Your post reminds me when I worked in the corporate life. Hire great copywriters and they will express and communicate your message far better than you if you do not have the skills or experience. The one thing I would add from a client side is to empower the writer and embrace their skills and experience. Don't get them to write posts and then make changes if it is not needed. Also the more information you can give them about readers, what you want to achieve etc, the better the result."

Why Local SEO is Harder Than SEOs Think
"Hi Matt, It is good to read an article that is practical and telling it like it is rather than pushing small businesses especially to just do and watch the results flow in. Susan"
