"The last thing we need are more regulations...especially for eBay. They just need to do a better job of dealing with the bad apples. One thing I would agree to is requiring some kind of permit/certificate if you sell over a certain amount of dollars or volume. That would also add credibility to the sellers. I'm sure someone would say that theives would just keep setting up new accounts, but new accounts don't do as well as established ones on eBay."« previous1 next »
