"Oh - I'd say there's a good bit of reality in the study. It's just that we never seem to be happy with the outcomes. I actually loved the perspective of learning from each other. As a woman, I can learn from the approach of taking a break "just to relax". And in the same breath, I can understand that I create a lot of my own outcomes with the conversations I have in my head about how things ARE SUPPOSED to be as opposed to how they are.
