"Lots of great points from Garen Arnold, Ileane - very thorough. If I could add one thing, it would be to try not to use the camera at very close range - this forces a wide-angle lens setting that approaches the "fish-eye" effect - not a pleasant look for the Human face (especially if they move even a few inches in or out of range)! "Hi Patricia. I think I get the idea, but I don't get Why... i.e. This is fine IN Japan, where the people are Japanese - culturally, but why force a foreign culture on American workers IN America?? (If I moved to Japan, I'd be the one who needed to change to fit in, not the other way around.
