Hey Becky McCray, Awesome post about community ownership on the Marco Terry blog. Thanks to Marco at Commercial Capital LLC for sharing this great look at a totally different way of financing a business. Very nice to read about these examples of equity vs. debt financing on the BizSugar community. I hope everyone on the community checks it out."
Hey Matthew, Great post, but I'd make one additional point here. While many people come into this world with natural networking talents and outgoingness, if you look at this list and just don't see these qualities in yourself, don't be discouraged. Life is a great teacher and many of these skills can be learned. The most important tip of all from this respect is to "get out there." It's the fastest way to start acquiring the skills you need."
Hi Annie, Just saw your post in the BizSugar community and wanted to reach out and say hello. You're right. Community is one of the coolest parts of having a website. It's a pretty cool part of running a business too. Thanks for the great post, however short. I think the message is clear. Reach out and connect! "
Hi Antoine, Was happy to find your post shared on BizSugar. I think many entrepreneurs don't get the giving thing and how important it is in the customer relationship. This doesn't mean giving everything away for free, but it does mean looking for ways to always give a little extra value. Customers always remember this and it sets you apart, even from the guy who's charging a little less for a similar service."
Hi Oscar, I may be alone here, but I really feel that complicated commenting systems are a very big reason why blogs often don't get more comments. Let's face it. It takes a lot to entice a casual visitor into speaking his or her mind in the first place. If a visitor has to take too long trying to figure out how to leave a quick comment, you've lost 'em. Thanks for sharing these other important points and thanks to Joseph for sharing them with the BizSugar community."
Hey Daniel, So nice to see you guest posting here. Yep, getting someone to click on your post is just the first step. Getting them to stay, read your post and be impressed enough to come back for more is the ultimate goal. How long can you keep them on your site? Thanks to Francisco for sharing this post with the BizSugar community."
Hi Nicole, Bad reviews and criticisms are a part of life. There's just no getting around it. And, I would add that some criticism can be very helpful. Like it or not, it's true! In fact, being ignored is probably worse. So thank your lucky stars for your critics and look for what they can teach you."
