Yes, times are tough for sure. Many people everywhere are struggling all trying to deal with the consequences of the 2008 - 2009 Great Global Recession

Tony, very encouraging thoughts! I find this to be applicable to my situation and time to make things happen instead of just waiting for it. Unsure whether it's intentional, but seeing all the points as #1 (instead of sequential) really made me focus on all the steps, trying to figure out the sequence that works for me. I certainly hear the message loud and clear -- put actions into realization, then we'll review the results and go from there.

Hi Tony. Agree on all counts with what you are saying. Like Tibor indicated below, the message for people who either work on their own or as small partnerships need to know when to get help rather than doing it all themselves and only getting it half right. This is more costly in the long term
