I have seen so much sloppily - written websites that my eyes cry when I read them. Ouch! Hire a copywriter, folks.

Great message! Write for the customer & not at the customer. Also people obsess about trying to include every detail which leads to too much text & very little user experience. Remember people have short attention spans online so unless you can grab them, they are probably going to move on.
