Barney, I agree with you and it is one area that if improved can make a big difference to the client and the provider.

I use project management a lot especially with my own projects and one thing I have carried over from my corporate days is having a work in progress sheet for each month. Basically it follows what you had in the posts and it does save a lot of time with better results.
