Phenomenal post! I read on your site one very profound comment tht you made, the fact that you had a fun time writing it. It was quite apparent and for me, it makes it all the more clear when someone is writing out of joy and in the context of a great idea and when someone is just writing to churn out a post. Hi Gerry, I've always liked your style and attitude, it's great! I absolutely love the Bishops analogy "They don’t have a very favorable impression of the intelligence of their customers" You are incredibly right when you say that "They think that in order to win, someone else (i.e. their customers or competitors) has to lose" Great great post that people should read top to bottom.
