Thanks, I appreciate your comment. I had to reject a guest post recently because the writer (a small business owner) refused to get a gravatar. I pointed him to this post thinking I could nudge him along. But you know how that old saying - you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink....

I couldn't agree more, Ileane! It's so easy to do, and you can use it everywhere, which leads to greater recognition on the web. Most people won't follow or friend a silhouette. I wish everyone on BizSugar had their own avatar. If they just typed in Gravatar.com they'd see how ridiculously easy it is.
