The PR Verdict: “A” (Gold Star!) for WHO and its very public and unapologetic fight with Big Tobacco. To have had this approved by the powers that be is extraordinary. To have heard nothing from Big Tobacco warning about Big Brother bureaucracies shows that this might be working.

Great share. Thanks. Of course, it might be wise to point out that a group like the WHO have a slight advantage in the sense that they may be more resistant to suits even from organizations as powerful and well-connected as the tobacco industry. A smaller organization might not have been able to accomplish the same.
