Thanks, Glen! Great post about some great anyone should be able to use for any business. But I'm wondering how great a role company culture plays when trying to turn a business around. In the example here, we are talking about Disney, an organization already renowned for thinking outside the box. How easy is it for an owner to change direction in a business with a culture not so open to possibilities and what does this say about the importance of establishing this kind of culture from day one?
