I agree with you, Ileane. In fact, spelling errors are a pet peeve of mine and it always bothers me when I read a blog post and can tell that the blogger didn't even bother to proofread before publishing - drives me nuts! ;)

I spend way too much time perfecting my posts. One of the reasons I don't blog as frequently as I would like. There are always so many unexpected details to research.

It's very annoying and frustrating to read an article and realize that the author spend less than 5 minutes researching the subject. I immediately click the "Back" button and stay away from the whole site altogether.

Thanks for the tips - they should be common knowledge for all writers, but unfortunately, that's not true.
