I'm with Shawn, perfect examples of b2c when everyone thinks you can't make them work to drive sales.

Wow. Interesting overview of the discussion, Sashi. What I think is most interesting here is that these businesses are all bricks and mortar or F2F not Web-based and also that they are B2C. I think a lot of people may still be of the opinion that such tools work more often for online business(though I don't know why with all the evidence to the contrary) and that perhaps they are something most useful for B2B. (Again, I don't really understand this perception given the basic makeup of sites like Facebook.) Anyway, there are probably some myth busters here about how to use these tools and the kinds of businesses for which they are effective. Thanks for sharing.
