    Zappos’ happiness culture comes to mind.

    Good question, Martin.

    It’s very important to have a quality health insurance for your employees. I think it’s unfair when a company downgrades or takes away health insurance. Like the Wal-mart, they recently took away health insurance from their part-time employees.
