Frederique Murphy has wanted to have her own business since she was 11 years old.
Back then she was given a school assignment to interview a person she admired and chose her grandfather.
“I remember being in complete AWE hearing him telling me about all of his business adventures, a real entrepreneur!” Murphy recalled. “From that moment on, the entrepreneurial spark was in me and it was only a matter of time for me to make it happen!”
Today she combines 10 years of experience as a communications and change management consultant working all around the world with expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Neurological Repatterning to create her Mountain Moving Program empowering business owners, entrepreneurs and corporate executives to master their mindset.
“I cannot think of anything better than fulfilling our dreams, and my business is the platform to my dreams, which is actually what my business does for other people,” Murphy said.

BizSugar Contributor of The Week
Last week, Murphy was named BizSugar “Contributor of the Week” on Facebook, a special recognition of contributors who share content regularly on our Website and have also “liked” us on our Facebook fan page.
Murphy was introduced to BizSugar.com by Niall Devitt, co-founder of Bloggertone, where Murphy has from time to time participated.
“BizSugar is one of the many online platforms I utilize and leverage for my business and I LOVE it; I am very grateful to Niall, at Bloggertone for the intro,” Murphy said.
She went on to explain why BizSugar in particular is helpful for her business and why it may be helpful to other businesses as well:
“My philosophy across all communication channels and it directly applies to my online communication strategy too is to give, connect, engage and interact. I thrive in knowing that thanks to my communications, I can impact one person and make a difference; and, that is possible, one tweet a time, one wall update at a time, and one blog post at a time. And, BizSugar facilitates that process in a BIG way, by allowing all of us, to share our articles to a wide, yet targeted audience; it is a really powerful distribution channel for the business community. And, I believe it works both ways; as another thing I love about it is that it is a wonderful source of information, and my favorite thing about it, it is all in one place.”
