" Go where the action is". When I want information about a certain kind of product , I do research through the internet. But when I want to find out how reliable that product is , I do not rely solely on the company itself. Word of mouth is the best resort for me.

I agree with Sian! Today when people search something to buy or hire first will look on internet and search engines and that is why every new business MUST HAVE website!

Not having a website in this day and age is just madness I think. The majority of searches would be online and not looking through those big old phone books any more. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
