Anita Campbell's post is filled with plenty of great productivity tips. I will add a link to your post next time I write a post on my personalized kanban system called F.I.X IT! I have been struggling with a flow of email messages for a long time. The new Gmail tab system is a relief in a way. It is funny that you have used the word, "ninja" in the title.
