I believe strongly that "the good guys always win in the end". It has become all too common to turn a blind eye, and to push the boundaries to unacceptable limits. It may work in short term, but as you outline, a constant focus on growing and learning and trying things out has won through for you. It will for everyone. But one must have more of an eye on the medium and long term.
