I have come across a lot of posts on the subject of working from home – how to concentrate, pros and cons, how to be productive and arranging your home office to avoid distractions. So I thought I'd share them with you.

I do like being my own boss and working when I want. I miss the socializing with people, but not the 30+ minute commute. I also have a hard time "turning it off" as I am always near my office and tend to work at night/on the weekends

There are pluses and minuses to working from home and it depends, to some extent, on your personality too. Working from home can give you great flexibility, but it can also be a problem, if there are too many distractions. Less travel and less overhead for your business are also huge considerations in terms of time management and cost. Thanks for sharing the discussion with our BizSugar community.
