Interesting, AngelBiz. Let's see what happens. How do you calculate that developed countries will grow faster than developing countries? Difficult because the lower the base you start from the faster you grow, even if it entails less money:-)

I think developing economies will still struggle a bit. My vote goes with the US and European Union.
