Hi Carol,

Some people looking at this post might not (at first) think it's a business post...but, of course, it is. For those small business owners really struggling to get a business up and running, I'm wondering what your best advice is to give yourself the permission to take out some time for friends and family.

Thanks for the kind words - much appreciated!

I recommend using Rescue Time (free software) to tell you what sites you are spending time on and how long you're spending on those sites, and they send you a report at the end of the week.

This is usually a SHOCKER to folks because they see how much time they're wasting on social media instead of working.

Also, outsourcing some tasks is very affordable if you have that option.

I reminds the days when summers session we always do the same thing going to a nice place where we can hike. My cousins and I always taking a pictures together to the nice looking place like on the rock on river and some great grave stone.
