Great post, Ileane. You've made some important points. I try to keep a pulse on the important topics to my audience by engaging in forums and other community sites. Because I do quite a bit of reading I have a pretty good general idea of the hot topics to write about. I also try to keep updated with what a lot of the influencers are blogging about.

Thanks for sharing such helpful info. I really enjoy your podcats.

Hi Ti,

Did you ever join Lisa Irby's forum Website Babble? I'm sure you did since you are a fan of her like I am. I learned a lot in that forum and I continue to get traffic from there also. Thanks for your comment Ti!

Listening to your readers is definitely harder than it sounds and, yes, it is a great piece of advice, even so. Analytics are the key to understanding your audience. Thanks for sharing with the BizSugar community!

Hi Heather,

Google provides some excellent tools for us to analyze the behavior of people visiting our sites. I like to encourage everyone to take advantage of them.

Thanks for visiting my new blog Heather. Happy New Year!
