What a great post - great food for thought. I have noticed much more quality interaction on sites like YouTube etc, reflecting that it is much more now than a place to watch funny videos.

And with the extra editing options, there is now no excuse for us to be online using multimedia, we just have to get ourselves first :)

Jeremy - you make it all sound so simple! I like the way you lay out the steps succinctly. Well done. As a management coach I've toyed with the video concept, got a YouTube account and put up 3 videos, although they only PowerPoint presentations with a voice over they have been helpful. Your advice is sound, however, keep at it, SEO them, and listen to your customers, adapt and change as needed. Thanks for posting on bizsugar.com
