Ron: I studied an education International Project Co-coordinator. If a project manager would be replaced, I would ask the steering committee if it wouldn't be in place to place another co-coordinator in place of the new project manager! ;) And I would re-read Dr. Eli Goldratt's book, Critical Chain for fuel for my soul! :)
