Michael Dell, founder of Dell Computers, gives small business advice in this interesting interview. Though Dell is now a giant corporation, Michael Dell started as a small business person with an investment of only $1000. Among the gems in the interview are Dell's advice that small businesses avoid looking for perfection instead experimenting often to see what works. He also recommends businesses not be paralyzed by fear or indecision during tough economic times and that they have a clear idea of what they are good at, what value they provide and how to articulate this value to customers.
