There's no doubt in my mind -- or probably anyone's, really -- that orchestration is the next process we'll see move from enterprise to small business. (Automation is already there.) In fact, I can see some consultants even simplifying it to Automation 2.0. The question will be how simple it can be made so that even the smallest of the small, often unable to support an IT department, can benefit.
