Some good ideas about assessing whether you are ready for leaving full time employment for entrepreneurship. Of course, two very timely factors in today's uncertain economy are:

1. If you leave full-time work and discover entrepreneurship isn't for you, will you have a job to go back to?

2. On the other side of the equation, is any job truly safe and secure today? How great a risk are you really taking by stepping out on your own?
