Thanks for sharing this content with the BizSugar community. With regards to your final point, I wonder if you can’t learn just as much if not more from businesses outside your market. For example, I’m probably not the first person to note that Apple, at least in recent years, seems to have learned as much from marketers of luxury and accessory products as the company has from other tech firms, and this has allowed Apple to be a major innovator in its field.
