A potentially painful but necessary step. Thanks for giving us all a kick in the apathy to get us started. Though it can be difficult, it's often a good idea to take a long, hard look at the positives here. Don't let setbacks or failures pull you down.

You are so right this is a 'potentially painful but necessary step', in my opinion reflecting back to make sure that goals are being accomplished is important. Goals that are not being accomplished you can assess why and get back on track or eliminate it as a goal if it no longer a priority. You are also right that it's a good idea to look at the positives to help get through the setbacks. As always, thanks for reading :)
