I try to be mindful of the foods that I eat. I also make it a point to get daily exercise because I spend so much time sitting at a computer desk. Despite my best efforts, I can sometimes fall off and get sucked back into eating unhealthy fast foods, chips and cookies. But I don't stay there for long and I always recover pretty fast. I appreciate you taking the time to write this piece and sharing it with our community. It's a subject that's not addressed very often.
