Awesome piece, Michelle. Thanks, Stacie, for publishing it and sharing her work with us.

I can certainly relate to this. I spend 90 percent of my week at home working out of my home office. I also work my part-time job from home AND I take full-time college courses online. So the only light of day that I see is when I randomly run out to take care of some errands or on the weekends when I'm off.

It really helps me to exercise. I'm thinking of starting to begin exercising by walking around my neighborhood once a day, instead of doing an exercise DVD once a day. I'm sure it'll help me be more effective and the fresh air is always welcomed.

Thanks again for sharing your insights. :)

Hi Ti,

Thanks for your feedback. I know how you feel. I make sure I go out and take a morning walk before I begin my day at the home office. Since I spend most of my time at home, I do what I can to make sure that I keep it far from boring. Keep up the great work with school:)

Best,

Stacie
