Sometimes the simplest of advice is the only way. I really liked your tips. I know that when I talk to friends who get frustrated about not saving all they want, I ask how much are they saving. Then they realise that it's not so bad after all.

Sometimes we are hard on ourselves for no reason so I like your idea in point no. 4 where you say it's okay to make tweaks.
