I’m fully convinced that both inspiration and perspiration are always required in a startup. Yet many people seem to be stuck on one end or other of this equation – all perspiration with no dream, or all inspiration with no reality. Success is the right balance of both for fun and profit.
Most Entrepreneurs Need to be Inspired to Perspire

After going to my first Kettlebells class last night, I know all about perspiration! And having set up my business six years ago, I know that every business does its fair share of perspiration. Growing a business isn't easy.
But I like the idea of inspiration as well as perspiration. It's something that we all should realise - and it doesn't have to be the big things as you say that inspires us; it's the little things that inspire.
So thanks for the reminder.
Take care,
Denise
