Ahh,,, flexibility. Most companies I have seen seem to stick with old traditions and fail to adapt to new things. Take for example, there are still a lot of businesses out there who fail to see social media is the new front. If they are not there, then they considered as stone age. The new generation is a generation of internet savvy individuals. If they to capitalize on using social media to reach a wider range of people, then they're losing a lot of $$$!
