Top entrepreneurs spend more time putting the right team in place to accomplish their objectives than they spend on any other components of their job.

Very good post Marty. This is the list of tips that entrepreneurs, who are looking for teammate, must consider. Even though me, I rather choose someone that has a good coordination with me than someone who thinks they are always the boss. The team must be like a circle of friends or brothers that has a freedom in sharing extraordinary ideas without awkwardness.
