Very insightful article. I received the notification for your package today and picked it up from the post office. I didn't open it but saw it was sent from Beit Shemesh...obviously the package Yoni said you alluded to in an email a while back. Anyway, I will bring it to the hospital when I go to visit later (Yoni is in day 12 or something like that after having his tonsils removed; because of his situation they are keeping him in until the site is completely closed to avoid any more infection). He's doing well.
All best!
