I read somewhere that companies founded during a recession tend to be stronger no matter what the economic climate because they have a unique approach to managing resources imprinted on their company DNA. I wonder if you detected anything like that at the Dungarvan Brewing Company that other business owners could emulate.

I think a conservative bootstrap approach with emphasis on careful monitoring of cash flow is something all these companies share in common...and should be a mark of any successful business, for that matter.
