Evident post to show to highlight that realization can play a major role when relation between customer & the business is concerned. As giving simple solution to a problem can be the easiest way by the business house to avert any headache, but more then providing solution it is much more important for the business houses to make their customer merrier.

Interesting thought. Making your plan personal by including a story is definitely a good idea. Going beyond just numbers helps you establish the connection and build confidence.
