Building a company takes time

As part of the Singularity University Accelerator we brought, over some good food and wine, our startup founders together with the founders of companies we’ve been working with for a while.

I loved the ensuing conversations – it’s truly amazing to witness founders at the beginning of their journeys coming together with folks who have been doing it for a while and learn from each other. Especially when they all set out to truly make a dent in the universe – each in their own way.

The one piece of advice which stood out for me was the message each and every one of our accomplished founders had to bestow on the startups: Building a company takes time.
